Evaluation Letter
A personalized graded letter documenting each student's quantitative performance metrics alongside a qualitative assessment of interpersonal strengths, grounded in the Clifton StrengthsFinder framework. This detailed evaluation captures the full picture of a student's growth — both in research output and in who they are as a thinker and collaborator.
Project
Showcase
An opportunity to present original research to an audience of 150+ students and a panel of expert judges. The Project Showcase cultivates scientific communication skills — from constructing a compelling research narrative to fielding critical questions under pressure. This is where ideas meet their public debut.
Publication
Support
Students with completed manuscripts receive dedicated mentorship and editorial support to submit their work to peer-reviewed, high school–level journals. From abstract refinement to navigating the submission process, this level bridges the gap between student research and formal academic publication — a rare and prestigious milestone.
Poster Presentation
Support
Guided preparation for presenting research at external conferences and competitions through professional scientific posters. Students receive hands-on coaching in visual data communication, poster design principles, and elevator-pitch delivery — equipping them with skills that extend far beyond the program and into higher education and careers.

Innovator Award
The YSI Award is the program's most distinguished recognition — bestowed upon exceptional students who demonstrate outstanding research quality, intellectual initiative, and meaningful impact. More than a trophy, it is a gateway to opportunity: awardees receive a formal Letter of Recommendation and a permanent feature on the Incognito Blueprints website, amplifying their achievements to a global audience of peers, mentors, and admissions evaluators.
