Mentorship Terms and Conditions

Mentor-Student Meetings

Immediate family members (parents, spouse or dependents) are permitted to join the meetings, no prior notice is required. Any other members willing to join the meetings must take prior permission from Incognito Blueprints management team via email at info@incognitoblueprints.com. Each mentorship program including but not limited to the International STEM Research Program™ (ISRP), Profile Building Mentorship (PBM), Pro-Ultimate Mentorship, is permitted for one student or client only, multiple students are not permitted to join one mentor meeting. Meetings can be scheduled with the mentor during regular business days of Monday through Friday. In special cases and requests, meetings may be scheduled on the weekends (Saturday or Sunday) or national holidays (USA and India) based on mentor’s availability. A minimum of 48 hours is required between two consecutive meetings. 

Rescheduling and Cancellation Policy

Should a meeting need to be rescheduled, the student / client may contact Incognito Blueprints via email at info@incognitoblueprints.com with at least (1) business day notice and the meeting will be rescheduled based on the mentor’s availability. A maximum of three meeting reschedule requests will be permitted by the student / client after which each meeting reschedule request will be charged a ₹8,400 INR or $100 USD administrative fee. The additional fee charged for rescheduling consultations is non-refundable.

Please Note: All payments are subject to 18% GST and 2% transaction fee which is non-refundable.

Maximum Meetings Reached Policy

In the event that the student / client reaches the maximum number of meetings outlined as per the student-consultancy agreement, additional meetings may need to be purchased. Offline work may continue with the mentor at no additional charge until the end date of the program.

Reviewing Requests for Documents

Student / client is required to email the mentor with a subject line for example [X University Essay Review Request] or [Manuscript draft #2 Review Request] requesting for a review of an assignment, research manuscript, essay resume or activities. A minimum turnaround time of 2 business days is required for all reviews.  

Consultation Recording Policy

Incognito Blueprints prohibits the recording of any conversation without the permission of all the parties. Therefore, consultations and / or other calls may not be recorded.

Refund Policy

All product sales, digital or hardcopy, are final and no refunds will be given after purchase. By purchasing any service through our website you agree to our terms and conditions.
